We offer a complete pressure testing and recalibration service for a varied range of safety valves from 1/4” to 12” up to test pressures of 60 bar. We set valves to the industry standards in house and on site. We test using nitrogen, gas, water and air checking for seat tightness, lift and leaks on all valves prior to release ensuring that no matter what medium you use we can guarantee the valve function. Our thorough inspections and equipment tests are geared to meet specific industry needs.
We achieve this by offering:
- A detailed proficiency report
- Tools, equipment, and instrumentation to achieve the highest quality standards
- Achieving and maintaining industry certifications
Once the valve has passed test and inspection they are given a unique WE ID number which is stamped or engraved on the valve (for traceability purposes) along with a Warden Engineering tag clearly stating ID number and set pressure. We are a fully approved meaning that all valves set or re-calibrated by Warden Engineering are fully compliant. All our services are covered and backed by our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
